Here is the burrito recipe (I found it on the Internet):
- 1 pound lean beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon dried leaf oregano crumbled
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 ground pepper
- 1can(16 oz) refried beans
- 1 can(10 oz) enchilada sauce divided
- 6 (8-in) flour tortilla
- shredded lettuce
☺ In a large skillet over medium,cook beef, onion,and garlic until meat is browned, stirring often to break up beef. Drain well. Add chili powder, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper simmer for 10 mins. Add refried beans and 1/2 cup enchilada sauce. Heat thoroughly.
Wrap tortillas in foil and place in 350℉ oven and heat for 10 mins. Spoon about 1/2 cup of beef mixture in each tortilla; roll tightly and place seam-side down on a platter lined with lettuce. Spoon remaining enchilada sauce over tortilla.☺
I had nachos as a side dish, but you can use what ever you like. It all was really good.
