You Need:
- 2 cups oil( what you'll fry them in)
- 1 jar of pickles( your choice)
- 1 cup bread crumbs( i used Italian seasoned bread crumbs also they were gluten free. its was still really good)
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 eggs beaten
What You Need To Do:
- Heat oil over medium heat
- Dry pickles
- Mix bread crumbs, cayenne pepper, black pepper, garlic powder
- Dip pickles in eggs then dip in mixture
- Fry until golden brown on each side
