You Need:
- 2 cups all purpose gluten free flour
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3 tbs powdered sugar
- 8 tbs unsalted butter
- 1 tsp xanthan-gum ( if your flour already has it don't add it)
- 1 large egg beaten
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
What You Need To Do:
- preheat oven to 350
- mix all dry ingredients and blend until well combined
- add eggs, butter, vanilla
- stir until dough is well blended and thick
- roll out dough and use a cookie cut
- bake 6-7 mins. allow cookies to cool
- you can frost them then ENJOY!
